How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 7–10 business days for production and embroidery. Once your order is completed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date they are placed.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently offer shipping throughout the United States. While international shipping is not available at this time, we are actively exploring options to serve customers worldwide and hope to expand internationally in the future. Thank you for your patience and support as we continue to grow.

What is your return policy? 

In the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If approved, we may issue store credit at our discretion.
